Regular
Equity Membership
Regular Equity Membership shall be eligible to those who are at least thirty-five
(35) years of age at the beginning of any membership year (January 1st)
and shall include full privileges and unlimited use of all Club
facilities.
Initiation Fee - $3,000.00
Family Equity Monthly Dues - $395.00
($4,450.00 annually)
Single Equity Monthly Dues - $300.00
($3,350.00 annually)
Intermediate
Membership
Intermediate Membership shall be available to individuals between the
ages of thirty (30) and thirty-four (34) years. A person under
thirty-five (35) years of age on the first day of the fiscal year of the
Club shall remain an Intermediate Member for the entire year. This
classification shall have neither equity nor voting rights. An
Intermediate Member in good standing upon reaching the age of thirty-five
(35) years of age shall upon application become a Regular Equity Member.
Conversion to Regular Equity Membership status will not require the
payment of any addition-al initiation fees.

Those who are
legally married or an individual who is unmarried, with dependent children
and who is otherwise qualified for acceptance to membership.

|
|
|
Those who are
presently unmarried, without dependent children and who are otherwise
qualified for acceptance to membership.

|
|
Initiation Fee (age 30-34) - $2,000.00
Family Intermediate Monthly Dues - $300.00 ($3,350.00 annually)
Single Intermediate Equity Monthly Dues - $230.00 ($2,525.00 annually)
Junior Membership
Junior Membership shall be available to individuals between the ages of twenty-one
(21) and twenty-nine (29) (members age on the first day of the fiscal year
of the Club). Junior Members shall be entitled to the rights and privileges
of the Club and facilities subject to regulations of the Board. Once a
Junior Member in good standing reaches the age of thirty (30) their Junior
Membership will terminate. They will then automatically convert to
Intermediate Membership status within their respective membership category
and will not be required to pay any additional initiation fees upon
conversion.
Initiation Fee (Age 21-29) - $1,500.00
Monthly Dues - $165.00 ($1,800.00 Annually)
Business Membership
Business Memberships are available to corporations, general partnerships,
limited liability companies and sole proprietorships. There shall be one
primary member who must maintain a Regular Family Equity or Regular Single
Equity Membership at all times. The primary member may designate up to a
maximum of five (5) designees who are either owners, officers, or employees
of the corporation, general partnership, limited liability company, or sole
proprietorship. The person(s) designated to use the membership(s) may be
changed once in any calendar year with the payment of a One Hundred Dollar
($100.00) administrative fee. Each designated member must be approved for
membership in the Club.
Initiation Fee: The initiation fee for the primary Member shall
be 150% of the initiation fee for a Regular Equity Member. Each additional
designated Member shall pay an initiation fee of 50% of the applicable
initiation fee for the membership classification in which the individual
would otherwise qualify.
Dues: Dues for each Member of the Business Membership shall
be the same as those charged in the applicable membership classification
for which each individual would otherwise qualify. The Business must
guarantee such dues payments of the primary member and any additional
designees.
Upgrades & Downgrades: For a designated Member to
upgrade their Membership status, or for the replacement of a designated
Member to be upgraded in status, the appropriate designated Business
membership initiation fee must be paid less the initiation fee initially
paid for membership by the previously designated Member. Once a Regular
Membership initiation fee has been paid for a designated Member, downgrades
in membership status will be allowed, once in any calendar year, with the
payment of a one-hundred dollar ($100.00) administrative fee.
Voting Rights: There shall be only one vote per Business
Membership, that being represented by the primary Member.
Resignation: Any Member in this category for more than one
(1) year who resigns from their position, retires or otherwise leaves his
or her affiliation with the firm or business association supporting their
membership shall, upon payment of a transfer fee equal to ten percent (10%)
of the current initiation fee for the membership classification applied
for, be exempt from the payment of any additional initiation fee when
applying for a personal membership if such application is made within
ninety (90) days of their leaving the position that held their previous
membership.
