Golf Outing Inquiry

Deposit: 
A deposit in the amount of $500 is due to hold the date for your golf event. This amount will be deducted from the final billing. 

Cancellation Policy: 
In the event that the host decides, for any reason, to cancel a booking, the following guidelines will determine the amount of refund offered.  The host will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs more than 6 calendar months prior to the date of the event.  If the cancellation occurs between 3-6 calendar months prior to the date of the event, the host will be refunded 50% of the deposit.  Within 3 calendar months prior to the date of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rain Policy:
In the event that either the host or Kishwaukee Country Club decides to cancel the event due to weather within 36 hours prior to the event, the host will be charged $20 per cart on any carts specifically brought in for the event.  Kishwaukee Country Club has 25 carts to accommodate 50 players.
